Abstract Print and the City
Over the last couple of days, I've been on a major H&M shopping spree after I made the mistake of stepping into the store while irresistible end-of-season sales were going on. Since I hadn't bought anything for a couple of weeks beforehand, it was like opening the floodgates of shopaholic spending and being washed away by my lust for cute, colourful spring and summertime pieces.
This particular spree started off as a moment of indecision yesterday morning while choosing my outfit of the day. I was to have a photoshoot with an old friend later in the evening but was feeling too uninspired by my wardrobe to create anything truly innovative. As a result, I walked into H&M in the hopes of finding something to stir my creative juices-- I ended up finding much more than expected, as well as spending much more. This cute "NYC" sweater and abstract print skirt were just two of the pieces that I acquired; the fact that they were both 50% off was too much to resist!
Have you been sucked in by any tempting sales lately?
